The European Defensive Arts School (EDAS) was created to allow it's students to study a variety of Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA's), these could then be used to create personalised Western Martial Arts (WMA). Our students not only study HEMA's but then use their personalised WMA's to participate in WMA events. Our students may also use the HEMA's to attend Living History (LH) events where they display the HEMA in contemporary clothing from that era.
